Manufacturer MAK built from 1996 on 19 locs of the type G400B. They were leased out from MAK/Vossloh (VSFT). 13 of them have been in use in the Netherlands. Two of them (built in 2003) were leased by CFL from oktober 2003 until august 2004. The numbers at CFL were 1001302 and 1001303. They replaced earlier leased locs type MK 600 from Siemens. These locs weree used in working-trains and for light goods trains all over the country. The numbers of the locs are the fabric-numbers. In Luxemburg they do not have a loc-number.
In August 2004 the lease contract ended, from then the lease was not renewed and the locs went out of Luxemburg
