After World war 2 there remained several stock in Luxemburg. With this, 3 tractors of the German type Kof II (the later DB series 321) remained in Luxemburg. These tractors were built in Germany for the Deutsche Reichsbahn between 1932 and 1938 with a total of 887 numbers. What the original numbers of the three Luxemburg tractors were, is not known. In the new number system of the CFL they got the numbers 1011 - 1013.
In 1954 one of these got a new motor. The other two tractors were in that year renumbered in 1001 - 1002. They were used in Wasserbillig (1001) and Ettelbruck (1002).
In1956 number 1001 was taken out of service after an accident in Wasserbillig. Number 1002 followed in 1959.
