After World war 2 there remained several stock in Luxemburg. With this, 3 tractors of the German type Kof II (the later DB series 321) remained in Luxemburg. These tractors were built in Germany for the Deutsche Reichsbahn between 1932 and 1938 with a total of 887 numbers. What the original numbers of the three Luxemburg tractors were, is not known. In the new number system of the CFL they got the numbers 1011 - 1013.
In the year 1954 number 1011 got a new motor of 107 hp. The other two tractors were in that year renumbered in 1001 - 1002 (see by series 1000).
Number 1011 was used until 1950 in Dommeldange as shunting loc, after that it was used in the repair shop in Luxemburg. It was taken out of service in 1971.
