In 1934 the Prince Henry railway made one diesel motorwagon in the workshed in Pétange. The motor was delivered by Ganz in Budapest. The wagon was very lookalike as a three axle passengers coach, so that many people thought that it was a rebuilt passengers coach. But this was not the case; it was newly built. The number became PH 01.
It was a three axle motorwagon. The motor was placed in the middle of the wagon; only the middle axle was driven.
In 1935 it was delivered for passengers transport on side lines with little traffic, mostly on the Attert-line Petange-Ettelbruck. It got the nickname "Benny".
In 1935 also a coach was rebuilt as steering wagon (old coach of 1905).
In 1947 at the CFL, the motor coach became the number Z121. After motor damages it was taken out of service in 1952. After this time it remained as working wagon for overhead maintenance. In 1972 it is sold for demolishment to the Arbed-Belval factory.
